"What can’t be spoken must be felt."

A true honor to have composed the score for this short film about Howard Shu, an Olympic athlete who faced the difficult choice between the predictable path and the passionate one, and ultimately chose both. This is one of my favorite scores I’ve worked on. I blended orchestral and electronic elements to match the push and pull of Howard’s journey, strings for the weight, synths and beats for the adrenaline, and everything in between to carry the tension, the doubt, and the moments where it all comes together. The whole process brought me a lot of joy, and I hope you feel that when you watch.

The Composer Guide, founded by Ruben Camacho

Founded in 2020 by Ruben at just fourteen years old, what began as a simple website curating free sample library links has since evolved into something far more ambitious.Today, the platform is home to thousands of resources, from footage and free sample libraries to a wide range of tools built with one purpose in mind: helping music creators spend less time searching and more time producing. In 2026, the team expanded with the launch of a dedicated content agency, connecting emerging composers with collaboration opportunities from industry names like Spitfire Audio, Eventide, and many others, partnerships that can shape the early trajectory of a career.Still a lean operation by design, the long-term vision is clear: to become the definitive resource that music schools and institutions worldwide rely on to equip their composition students for one of the most competitive creative industries out there.See more here.
